1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s delivery status in real time.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Dugood is not liable for delays outside our control but will help you contact the carrier and track your order.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

  • Email us within 48 hours at dugoodllc@gmail.com

  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
