Returns & Refunds

At Dugood, we want you and your knives and outdoor sports to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • It must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened grooming products or supplements

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at dugoodllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Carefully pack and ship the item back to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved returns: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds: Please check with your bank or payment provider. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at dugoodllc@gmail.com.

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include a description and clear photo(s) of the item and packaging.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
